Honestly, the best test technique you could ever implement is Pair Testing. There has yet to be a team that I have implemented it that haven't dramatically improved their ability to deliver. It allows you to iterate so much quicker, having a developer and a tester find issues and fix in the pair testing session. It can turn a 4 day iteration of one ticket, to being about to iterate and have a fully tested ticket in 30 minutes.
