In a highly defensible way, facts & feelings was born in 2012. When it comes to corporate filings of paperwork and such, though, we just hit our first birthday! ?? One of the things we kept discovering over the course of our first year was how our vision and early versions of our methods and even unintentional co-development of practices stretches back more than a decade! While it’s not really in his nature, our Head of Solutions, Tim Wilson, was able to rise to the occasion in this surprisingly heartwarming discussion with our Head of Delivery, Valerie Kroll, exploring all of the fortuitous crossings of paths with each other and Matty Wishnow going back over a decade that enabled us to come out of the gate as a corporate newborn one year ago today. Last year I initiatied #SeerAnalytics "Team Talks" as a way to expose my team to some of the greatest minds in analytics. If I do say so, Season 1 was a smashing success!
