Released yesterday - available to hackers for months. But of course, what we know from the NSA and FBI is that the PRC and Russian GRU have already compromised our critical infrastructure! The flaw carries a CVSS score of 10.0 because it's both simple and devastatingly effective. It's also dangerous because this kind of kit is designed for industrial uses and it is just the kind of code you'd expect to find in critical infrastructure targets – such as ports or factories. https://lnkd.in/eR4_xbiY

While all these reports always talk about the risks to data, that should be the least of your concerns. If you only get ransomware, consider yourself lucky.
