Spark engagement & deep connections - without making them cringe ? Trainer | Workshop Facilitator | Experience Designer | TEDx Speaker | Enthusiastic Camper ???
Last week, SessionLab released its 2nd “State of Facilitation Report” and revealed insights from almost 1,000 facilitators about what is changing in the world of facilitation and workshop design. My biggest surprise was seeing my #icemelters newsletter being mentioned as one of the Top 5 Facilitation Newsletters!!? ?? As a thank you, I decided to share with you my own “Top 5” lists of facilitation resources that didn't all make it onto the SessionLab report. A special shoutout to these 5 LinkedIn accounts I highly recommend you follow if you want to learn more about #facilitation: Thomas Lahnthaler: I love his “Facilitation Hacks” series, where he shares a really tangible and useful tactic or mindset shift around group dynamics several times a week. I have bookmarked several of them ?? Anamaria Dorgo: When researching anything related to Learning and Development and community building you're likely to have come across Anamaria's content. She is one of the people behind the L&D Shakers and Butter communities and posts high-quality content. Romy Alexandra: If you want to learn more about experiential learning and psychological safety, this is the person you must follow. Romy is involved in so many ground-breaking causes and courses, which makes her insights super unique. Kerri Price: I have yet to have a 1-on-1 with Kerri because my timezone is not that compatible with New Zealand time, but I am in love with her short facilitation stories she shares regularly. Said Saddouk: Do you love magic? Said creates magic using OBS Studio and some other fun digital tools to keep audiences engaged online. But you mostly want to follow him for the custom memes and hilarious comments ?? What are your top resources? Share yours below ??
