Bullies don’t grow up they just grow old. ????♀? When bullies go unchecked they grow up to wear suits and sit in corner offices. Their tactics become more sophisticated but they're still transparent: ? Undermining confidence ? Taking credit for others' work ? Creating hostile environments ? Weaponizing insecurity ? Silencing differing opinions When left uncontrolled, these are the people who become our bosses, our leaders, our decision-makers. As an executive coach, I've seen how these dynamics play out at the highest levels. Organizations all across the globe tolerate this behavior every day for the sake of revenue and metrics.
