Fable's story world is getting bigger... ?????? This week, we introduced a new format of stories on Fable: television shows! In the same way that we reimagined the book club experience for today's readers, we're excited to launch TV clubs with spoiler-free episode rooms, hosted by some of the biggest TV show-based content creators. Just like book clubs on Fable, anyone can start a free TV club to watch and discuss your favorite shows with friends, family, and coworkers. You can now also build lists of your favorite shows, those you're currently watching, and others you can't wait to start. The latest #engagement news from Gallup is concerning. ?? In the US ???? , employee engagement hit an 11-year low, with 4.8 million fewer employees engaged in the early months of 2024. With employee engagement linked to significant performance outcomes like productivity, employee retention, customer service, safety, and profitability, this news is a wake up call to leaders. But not all the news is dire: the Gallup research also found organizations that bucked the trend -- some have even improved their cultures -- during the challenging last four years, and following the pandemic. Contributing factors to their high-performance include: ?? a hybrid work environment that fits the culture ?? effective. onboarding programs for new employees ?? holistic and multidimensional approaches to wellbeing.
