We won #2 Product of the Day, broke an MRR record... and got hacked by crypto scammers ?? That was my Friday ?? We launched Kraftful 4.0 on Product Hunt and climbed to #2 Product of the Day. But that’s only half the story. Mid-launch, our Twitter/X account was hijacked by crypto scammers. They used it to promote a fake Kraftful coin and even called and texted me on WhatsApp, likely trying to gather info and extort us. “You know you’ve made it when, two years after launch, someone tries to use your brand to push a fake coin.” That was our internal joke. You gotta laugh at these things to stay sane as a founding team ?? Twitter was a key part of our PH launch strategy, but we regrouped and still landed at #2 despite the chaos. Even better—we wrapped the week with a record-breaking MRR growth! Startup life is wild. Sometimes things swing hour by hour. Luckily, Twitter has locked down our account, so the scammers can’t post anymore. We’re still working on getting our account back. What a ride…

These are the sounds of a fast-moving startup launching. It begins with a bell — Whoever ships the feature claims the honor of ringing our bell. Like the opening bell at the NYSE, every new feature signals a new era for our product. And like the bell at a fire station, it reminds us to stay alert … in case we just shipped a bug (it happens) ?? Then comes the cheer — We all love celebrating each other’s wins. Some bang the tables. Some clap. Some woot. Some manage to do all 3 at once. Then, there’s what I like to call the click-ta-da-da — The familiar sound of a Slack notification. We send updates to over 400 customer channels. Once upon a time, we did this manually. It would take nearly 2 hours. Today, with Clueso Broadcasts, we send all updates in just one click. Then there’s the best moment of all — The reactions from our customers. Almost everything we ship is in direct response to their needs. So they’re inevitably elated to see their feature in the product. We make them feel like they’re a close part of our process. This week is Clueso (YC W23) launch week. We’ve shipped 3 new features in the last 3 days, and we have 2 more exciting ones coming. Huge shoutout to Nawed Ali and Aditya Krishna Gupta who are powering almost all the new features we’ve launched during launch week!
