This growth brings exciting new services, including recovery therapy, available at a discounted rate for members and accessible to the general public. ??THIS IS IT?? We wrapped up our first HYROX race in Dallas on Nov 23rd and IT. WAS. AWESOME. Now’s the time to commit to our next HYROX?competition. HYROX is the fastest growing athletic competition in the world right now. It consists of 1 km running with 1 functional workout x8? (see outline below). We have a few relay spots left for the Houston date. We already have 17 committed for Houston and 11 for Atlanta. ?? Comment if you’re in and we will reach out with detailed info. ??Training will start 9-12 weeks out on Wednesdays and then Sundays 6 weeks out. Training is free for F45 Members and $199 for outside guests, who we would love to have, so ask your buddies! Our next PFT (personal fitness test) is January 11th (free for members, $25 guests).
