Last week at the Michigan Municipal League (MML) Conference, F&V and F&V Construction showcased our Mackinac Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements project. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us on the tour and to MML for hosting! Key upgrades of the plant include: - New headworks building - Primary & secondary clarifiers - MBBRs - UV disinfection - Enhanced biosolids handling - Real-time SCADA integration ? Funded by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and a Michigan earmark, this project will address the island's growing demand. #WastewaterTreatment #MackinacIsland #FVC #MML2024

This Juneteenth, we celebrate freedom, resilience, and the rich cultural heritage of Black Americans. As we honor this day, let's reflect on our history, acknowledge the struggles, and continue to work towards a future of equality and justice for all.
