Meet Kristen Tippit, our first employee and one who wears a couple different hats! Kristen has known Ashlie Colbert since their sons were best friends in preschool and was excited for the opportunity to get to work making homes sparkle as a Home Specialist when Ashlie first posted about her new business and available roles in a FB group for moms. And then, Kristen was also able to help create the brand and marketing strategy for Ezer Home Solutions. She is now manages all things marketing as our Marketing Specialist. Kristen loves catching all the details in making homes look and feel amazing. She always thinks about "If this were my home, I'd want..." and then treats it like her own. When she's not cleaning and marketing, Kristen is an ultramarathoner, writer, and mom to 4 neurodivergent kids, living in Lindenwood Park.
