As part of the transaction Accenture will acquire the shares held by the historic shareholders and MML Capital Partners. ? Founded in 2003 the ARHS Group has grown as the leader service provider in Europe’s public sector market with more than 300 M EUR turnover and a team of more than 2,500 people across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Greece primarily. ?
