Project Update: Exxel Pacific, in partnership with BRIDGE Housing and the City of Bellevue, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new affordable housing project in Bellevue’s Spring District. NE 120th ETOD is a 234-unit affordable apartment project in the Spring District’s 36-acre transit-oriented development. Kyle Harmia is a Senior Superintendent at Exxel Pacific and is responsible for high level supervision of our projects. He focuses on promoting a collaborative approach with owners, architects, subcontractors and Exxel’s on-site teams.
