We loved having the opportunity to host students from The Neighborhood Academy in our PA office this week!
Earlier this week, we had the privilege to host high school students from The Neighborhood Academy at the Exus offices and then at our Patton Wind Farm in Pennsylvania. 12 students joined us to learn more about the work we do at Exus Renewables North America and the ways in which renewable energy is making an impact on climate goals and the grid. The Neighborhood Academy is an exceptional learning community for underserved middle and high school students -- their mission is to break the cycle of generational poverty by empowering youth and preparing them for college and citizenship. A remarkable 100% of their seniors are accepted into college! Special thanks to Jim Sardonia, VP of Technical Development at Exus, for ensuring the day was a success!
