Completed Project | STK Steakhouse | Boston, MA Architect: ARIA GROUP Scope: Roughly 550 SF of interior and exterior Kawneer storefront frames. Interior with 451 system and exterior with 451T system. 210 SF of glass column cladding and 340 of glass wall cladding. interior door vision kits.? We’re excited to share our recent work on the STK Steakhouse project, where we partnered with the architect and contractor to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The project features an array of 4 single Kawneer doors for a sleek, modernized entrance, Nathan Allan Fluted Glass, Antique Mirror Glass, and Sensitile Cascata Glass to portray a unique visually striking interior ambiance. We utilized both our interior and exterior capabilities. The results capture a sophisticated environment that perfectly complements STK’s renowned style. Completed Project | Homebase | Charlestown, MA This project involved both exterior curtain wall and interior glass installations to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the Homebase facility in Charlestown, MA. Product: Curtain wall framing: Kawneer Company, Inc. Insulating Glass for elevator enclosure: SIGCO Composite Metal Panel: Alcoa Curved and straight draft curtain glass: Cristacurva ??Key Elements of the Project: ??New Exterior Elevator Enclosure Story: A notable part of this project was the addition of a new story to the existing exterior elevator enclosure. This addition required precision and expertise to seamlessly blend with the existing structure while meeting safety and design standards. ??Smoke Baffle Installations: To improve fire safety and airflow, we added smoke baffles on both the first and second-floor ceilings, ensuring that the building complies with the latest safety codes while also maintaining visual appeal. This project was completed through a close and positive working relationship with the Suffolk Construction team. Our strong collaboration enabled seamless execution, adaptability to design modifications, and ensured the project was completed to the highest standards.

Completed Project | Seamark Seafood & Cocktails - Encore Boston | Boston, MA General Contractor: RISE Development & Construction Architect: Rockwell Group ?Solutions/Scope: 550 SF in 3 Interior Pacer 500 Sliding stacking doors by AGS We are excited to announce the successful completion of one of our latest projects at the SEAMARK within the ENCORE Casino. Our project team utilized the ARCHITECTURAL GLAZING SYSTEMS INC Pacer 500 bi-fold door system in three (3) locations, covering roughly 550 square feet of space. The flexible door systems were incorporated into the design for their aesthetic appeal, versatility, and their resulting operational flow from the interior to the exterior spaces.

Door lights at interior doors Exteriors at Work was excited to team up with Shawmut Design & Construction and the architect to deliver a stunning vestibule. This project focused on enhancing the exterior with high-quality features for the storefront and entrances, complemented by architectural break metal cladding. This new design not only elevates the buildings appearance but also enhances functionality and durability. Way to go team!
