Reduction in risk and improved management of job demands ??? Decrease in stress from role conflict, enhancing role clarity ?? Improvement in handling organisational changes ? Enhancement in workplace safety, reducing exposure to violence ?? Improvement in workplace culture, reducing bullying and harassment ?? Improvement in physical and social work conditions Our approach began with a thorough assessment of psychosocial hazards, followed by tailored recommendations and a robust action plan. Throughout the year, we provided ongoing guidance, and the reassessment has shown an overall decrease in exposure to these hazards.
