This has been a great week so far at Space Tech Expo Europe in Bremen, Germany. #SpaceTechExpo is the premier gathering for space professionals across the continent, with 700+ exhibitors and over 150 high-level speakers presenting the latest advancements in the industry in one convenient location. CML Micro VP Sales Thomas Eichhorst joins RFMW regional sales manager Martin Sadzik to present some of the special featured products at our booth this year, the CML SuRF line of GaAS and GaN RFICs, MMICs, and FETs. This product line uses innovative IC design to deliver high-performance products that are easy to design-in and evaluate for a wide range of applications from MHz to #mmWave. Product highlights for this show are a series of Ku- and Ka-Band GaN power amplifiers for cost-effective development of commercial #SATCOM terminals, the MMA-121633D-M5, MMA-273336D-M5, MMA-273334D-M5, and the CMX90A705. A tiny Space Adventurer gazes at a collection of Knowles Precision Devices capacitors, couplers, filters, and ceramic resonators. Knowles produces a wide variety of High Reliability Multilayer capacitors, single layer capacitors, trimmer capacitors, Thin Film filters and RF components for use in leading space and military programs spanning #radar, communications, SATCOM, EW/ECM, Power Amplifiers, and more. With over 40 years of Space Heritage, Knowles provides trusted solutions for mission-critical equipment where failure is not an option. Products featured at this show include high-reliability MLCCs and #RF & Microwave filters for #Aerospace and Defense. Visit our team of highly skilled, experienced, technical, sales and marketing experts at RFMW Booth Number ZZ40 to learn more about these suppliers and our other featured suppliers at this show, Qorvo, Inc., Marki Microwave, and Nuvotronics.

Join RFMW at the ARMMS #RF and Microwave Society conference this week at The Cambridge Belfry, Cambourne, UK. ?? Paul Johnson and David Watkins are excited to talk about our line card of exceptional suppliers, including our two featured suppliers for this show: Marki Microwave and Nuvotronics. Stop by to learn more about Marki Microwave’s line of small form factor, high-performance RF and Microwave components, and Nuvotronics' latest innovations in #COTS #mmWave components. Marki Microwave Product Manager Cameron Sheth has prepared a conference paper discussing performance advantages offered by small form factor #MMIC power dividers: “Advancements in Small Form Factor Components for Next-Generation AESA Systems.” These power dividers are best suited for the development of next generation AESA systems (a type of #phasedarray #radar system), where higher element arrays require not only a higher number of antenna elements, but passive components such as filters and power dividers. Nuvotronics engineer Steve Huettner gave an excellent presentation today titled “Analyzing Isolation Network Dissipation in Solid-State Power Amplifiers” which focused on using harmonic balance simulations in Microwave Office Electronic Design Analysis (EDA) software. He analyzed simple two-way and four-way Wilkinson structures as examples, but the techniques described can be applied to any type or order of power combiner at any level of model fidelity.
