Thanksgiving is a celebration of the harvest and the land, and horticulture as part of agriculture is a part of many celebrations through the herbs used throughout favorite recipes and through a favorite fruit typically served during the holidays… Cranberries are a North American native fruit that were likely present at early Thanksgiving feasts. The fruit is harvested by flooding the fields as shown below. Today we share our thanks for our Expo family and friends.
