2024-2025 FLU POSITIVITY: OFF THE CHARTS???? The flu surged across the U.S. over the last two quarters. The case positivity rate reached 34% at its height in February for Experity clinics, compared to just 21% at its height last flu season. (Just watch it spread in the clip below ??) Typically, urgent care is the BEST choice for flu treatment; however, there are cases where symptoms take a turn for the worse. If they're not able to find you on their phones, they're moving on to your competition. ?? Marketing is an investment, not an expense. Clinics that treat marketing as optional are losing patients to retail clinics and digital-first competitors. ?? Your next patient is searching for care RIGHT NOW. The patient's journey starts and ends at their home. If your urgent care isn’t optimized for Google Search, Maps, and online booking, you’re falling behind. ? AI isn’t replacing urgent care—it’s enhancing it. The clinics that embrace AI-powered workflows, automation, and personalization will increase conversions, gain back their time, and improve overall patient experiences. ?? Reduce friction → increase conversions. Every extra step in your booking process means more lost patients.
