A mentor used to say that hiring an intern is like having an option for the future—and we couldn’t agree more. Jack Bakker-Arkema joined us as a summer intern in 2022. Wishing I was still at our firm retreat! I was reminded just how fortunate I am to be surrounded by these amazing humans.
