In response to the devastating floods that impacted Rock Valley, we knew a rapid and reliable solution was essential to get the students back to learning as quickly as possible. HEGG Modular was able to embrace our modular construction division —allowing us to deliver a high-quality, temporary school in a few short weeks. We're proud to announce the completion of a 7,000 sq ft temporary school, built using modular construction to provide a safe, functional space for learning. Governor Kim Reynolds joined us to commemorate this achievement, highlighting the importance of quick, innovative solutions in times of crisis. With six new classrooms, dedicated bathrooms, and a spacious common area, this school stands as a testament to the power of community and resilience. ?? Meet Isaac, a dedicated student entering his 4th year at South Dakota State University, finishing up his bachelor's in Construction Management. Isaac, a Brandon Valley High School?graduate of 2021, has a diverse background. He wrestled for his first two years at SDSU and has hands-on experience in the HVAC and commercial flooring industries. He's also worked as an assembler in a factory and helped build decks and remodel homes for friends and family. Since joining our team, Isaac has expanded his construction knowledge, working closely with project managers and superintendents. He's been involved in subcontractor communications, bid proposals, owner meetings, and punch list walkthroughs. Isaac has also gained valuable experience with Blue Beam, Building Connected, and Procore. Isaac is excited to complete his studies and start leading his own projects in the construction world.
