Despite five-day RTO mandates, many employees still work remotely, especially on Fridays. According to WFH Research’s latest Survey of Working Arrangements and Attitudes (SWAA), 9.3% to 17.6% of employees whose companies require in-person attendance report doing some work remotely during the workweek, while 26.8% report working from home on Fridays. If you ask us, we know the future of work isn't one-size-fits-all. The negative thoughts or opinions you have of yourself that aren’t true but you believe anyway are called limiting beliefs. Everyone has them. Reframe your limiting beliefs, develop a growth mindset, and feel more confident with this self-talk swap exercise: 1?? Grab a piece of paper or open up a note on your phone and jot down your negative self-talk. 2?? Think about how you can reframe those limiting beliefs. Cross out the negative self-talk and write down a more positive version of each one.
