Big changes are happening at Exokinetics – we’ve officially said goodbye to our non-communicative programs and hello to NetSuite! Switching platforms wasn’t easy; there were moments of confusion, plenty of coffee, and maybe even a tear or two. But we’re thrilled about the new efficiencies and opportunities NetSuite will bring to our operations and customer experience. As a small company producing the one-of-a-kind Zeen mobility device, we recognized the need to consolidate our scattered software systems to reduce redundant data entry and minimize the potential for human error. Our patented Zeen mobility device is designed for individuals with mobility challenges, assisting them from sitting to standing and enabling upright, hands-free walking with full support and confidence, free from the fear of falling. Since our Zeen is a true game-changer in the mobility industry, we needed a scalable platform like NetSuite to grow with our business.
