Over the past 3 years, I have worked hard to grow Exodus Capital with the right talent - not an easy feat as a business owner. I am very excited to announce our first Senior Associate Broker to the Exodus Team John Ricco. John Ricco, a fourth-generation New Yorker, was born and raised in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. With seven years of industry experience, John has built a reputation as a tough negotiator. As a former senior producer at Keller Williams, he was recognized as Keller Williams Realty’s Top Individual Agent for the Brooklyn office in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Over the course of his career, he has sourced and sold $65,000,000 million in real estate across 25+ buildings. Before transitioning to real estate, John built a successful career as a registered representative at Bear Stearns in Manhattan. Seeking a more hands-on path, he pivoted to the restaurant industry in 2008, founding Grandma Rose’s in prime Williamsburg.
