The recently completed UnityPoint Health Clinics (Des Moines, IA), designed by INVISION Planning | Architecture | Interiors, showcase a modern design through the use of 14,100 sq. ft. of K?L High Density Fiber Cement facade panels. exo Surfaces supplied prefabricated panels in line with the design specifications. The K?L Facade panels feature Rigo and Smooth textures in Telegrey and Zinc colors, respectively. This choice of textures and colors offers a visually dynamic contrast that enhances the building's overall architectural expression. The panels are integrated into the facade using the exoFRAMING system, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural reliability.
