Meet Sarah
In her role, Sarah oversees the overall operations of our company, ensuring excellence in customer onboarding and engagement, user support, HR and team culture, and much more. Her commitment to professionalism is evident in every interaction, making our customer success a top priority.
Sarah has been a key player in our expansion into the Senior Living space, skillfully managing customer communications, in-person onboarding, and critical data tracking. As Exer navigates the complexities of being a Software as a Medical Device, she has taken the lead in understanding healthcare regulations, paving the way for our team to grow and adapt.
At Exer, we’re driven by a mission to create technology that makes a difference, especially as we step into the Parkinson’s space—something close to Sarah’s heart. Her passion for our mission and her incredible contributions inspire us all.
Outside the office…
Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah brings a vibrant spirit to our culture. She’s an avid hiker, skier, and fly fisher, and she recently hit 500 rides at her local spin studio! A globe-trotter at heart, she spent six months traveling the world solo and has even kayaked across the Strait of Magellan. She shares her life with a lovable rescue pup named Rosie.
Sarah lives by the mantra, “On with the dance, let joy be unconfined,” and it truly reflects her approach to work and life.
