Fun to see the hard work and investments pay off as EA expands its services into the ChicagoLand region. Kristen Joyce was our rock star making this happen with less than one month. Thanks to my colleagues Michele Barksdale (boots on the ground in Chicago), Adrienne Gray (created our P&L), Nadia Schroth (added a dozen new Chicago jobs to the EA Scorecard on top of her other Cleveland duties), Margie Biggar (interviewed and trained new Chicago Guides), Sarah Guyuron (refined the training manual) , additional Project Managers Lisa Taylor, Margaux Schmitz Murphy who jumped in to help creating itineraries, find community guests to meet potential Chicago transplants and identify VIP stops all to replicate the formula we perfected in Cleveland. Happy Holidays! Tomorrow is Executive Arrangements 45th birthday. Founders Flo Pollack and Cindy Denney signed EA's incorporation papers with the assistance of now retired Squire Sanders & Dempsey (now Squire Patton Boggs) attorney Mary Ann Jorgenson on 12/21/79. I worked for Flo for 11 years before she handed the baton to me and Cindy was a beloved mentor during those early years of ownership as I found my footings as boss. How many boutique firms make it to this milestone? As part of our Settling-in-Services we offer an East and a West/South Book Club. Relocations are challenging especially in saying goodbye to all one has enjoyed.
