Your Mindset Shapes Your Reality The human brain processes between 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day—and here’s the kicker: ?? 80% of those thoughts are negative. ?? 95% are the same repetitive thoughts from previous days. That means most of what we think is self-doubt, hesitation, or negativity that’s been on repeat for days, weeks, or even years. So what happens when you walk into a new customer’s office, face a tough sales conversation, or try to push through a challenging day? How we communicate with ourselves directly impacts how we approach situations. If your inner dialogue is negative, hesitant, or doubtful, that energy will show up in your body language, tone, and actions. ?? Stop negative self-talk in its tracks. The moment you catch yourself saying “I can’t,” “I’m not good at this,” or “This won’t work,” flip the script. Be vocal, intentional, and complementary toward yourself.
