  • PRINCIPAL/LEAD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER Exciting opportunity with a well-funded startup that is developing cutting edge high frequency RF CMOS products for the Wi-Fi FEM market in the 1-20GHz range. Instead of using compound semiconductor materials such as GaAs they're developing cost-effective RF solutions based on standard RF CMOS and SOI technology.?They produce their Wi-Fi FEMs using a single die chip on 12” wafers with fully integrated, much smaller die size compared to GaAs FEMs, which means higher performance efficiencies with higher volume and lower production costs.?Their technology is also agnostic to the process nodes and can be ported into GaAs & GaN while achieving even better performance.?They offer a comprehensive portfolio of front-end IC solutions including PA, LNA, and on-chip filtering for Wi-Fi 6E/7, 5G UHB, UWB and GNSS.
