Shift from KSA -> PVV Leadership. My learnings on the shift in leadership philosophy as I engage with top clients and leaders in the industry. Traditionally, organizations focused on Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes (KSA) as the pillars of leadership. These were measurable, trainable, and directly linked to performance. However, in today’s complex and rapidly changing world, top clients and industry leaders are recognizing that: 1. Purpose drives intrinsic motivation and resilience, ensuring leaders stay committed beyond short-term gains. 2. Vision enables leaders to inspire teams, navigate uncertainty, and create long-term impact rather than just execute tasks. 3. Values serve as the moral compass, fostering trust, ethical decision-making, and authentic leadership. This shift suggests that leadership today is less about “what you know” and more about “who you are” and “why you do what you do.” Skills can be learned, but a strong purpose, clear vision, and aligned values define sustainable and transformational leadership.
