What a fantastic and inspiring International Women’s Day Coffee Morning we had today at Excello Law! It was such a lovely session bringing together our lawyers and staff to reflect on the challenges women in law have faced — but also to celebrate how far we’ve come, especially here at Excello. One of the big takeaways from the session came from Shakeira Davies-Raby AICA and Lucy Goff, who both highlighted how much more positivity and progress there is for women in law today, particularly within our own firm and House of Brands firms. Lucy summed it up perfectly: "At Excello, we absolutely should be shouting about each other. We have so many incredible female-led teams, strong women leading the way across the firm, and in our House of Brands firms too — it’s something to be really proud of."
