Excell founded in 1932, is a recognized leader in the manufacturing and supply of basic and fashion bath and table linens. Excell started in 1949 as a shower curtain resource and has grown over the years through acquisitions including Kemp & Beatley table linens in about 1996. Core businesses are shower curtains, shower curtain hooks, tension rods, bath mats, tablecloths, placemats, napkins, and napkin rings. In February, 1999, Ex-Cell Home Fashions Inc was acquired by Glenoit LLC, further expanding its product assortment and capabilities. The division has a long history in the home fashions industry, serving department & specialty stores, national chains, and warehouse clubs.
