I reached out to Excel in the hopes of gaining exposure to the workforce and learning how businesses operate, Excel gave me the opportunity to do just that through my internship. Over the summer, I had the opportunity to work on various tasks, shadow talented workers in different departments, and participate in both internal and external meetings. I particularly enjoyed learning about sales pitches, customer communication, and purchasing management. The positive working environment and hard working employees made my experience even more valuable. I’m grateful for the knowledge and connections I gained during my time at Excel.
