We designed this pretreatment pump station for a leading American Food Manufacturing Plant in Baltimore, Maryland. It prevented backup and flooding during equipment washdowns. The system used an 11,000-gallon #wastewater tank and a 3,000-gallon grease interceptor. The Barnes Crane Pumps & Systems grinder pumps discharged into the insulated, heat-traced tank, which then flowed into a DAF system.
