Through our Healthier Communities Program, funded by Corewell Health, we provide education, screenings, and support to help patients take control of their heart health. This month, let's commit to small steps for a healthier heart—like eating well, staying active, and managing stress. Your heart matters, and so does your health!

What a wonderful time we had yesterday at our Holiday Party for the amazing staff of Exalta! It was so nice to hang out together at Hall Street Bakery, enjoying each other’s company outside of the office. From delicious treats to lots of laughs, it was a perfect way to celebrate the season and the amazing team we’re so grateful for. Here's to continuing our mission of providing compassionate care in the new year!

?? The Fourth Week of Advent?? "When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. And going into the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh." In Matthew 2:1-12, we read about the journey of the wise men, guided by a star to find the newborn King. Their search for Jesus shows us the importance of seeking the truth and following the light that leads us to peace. Just as the magi brought gifts to honor the Christ child, let us offer our hearts and lives as gifts to the Prince of Peace this Advent season. As we approach Christmas, reflect on the peace that Christ brings into our hearts and the world. In this final week of Advent, may we find calm in the midst of busy days and share peace with others through kindness, love, and patience. Let us prepare our hearts for the coming of the Prince of Peace!

Had a blast at our Christmas potluck and Secret Santa gift exchange!??????? Amazing food - grilled by Santa??himself, great company, and lots of laughs! So grateful for the holiday cheer and all the thoughtful gifts. We sure know how to throw a party!
