We work with ministry leaders and great commission workers in helping them "survive and thrive," rather than being another stastic of people who love God and love people...but quit ministry all too soon because of burn-out or unhealthy ministry lifestyle practices.

    Overdue for a planned sabbatical. Two days from launch. The suitcase is out and ready to pack, which feels a bit surreal. This moment reminds me of Matthew 11:28 (ESV): “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” The primary need is going to the Lord, but also the value of rest and renewal.
