I love keynotes. It’s an opportunity to spark a new idea, suggest a new way of looking at things and inspiring people to try different things or do the same things differently. INCOSE EWLSE invited me to speak to members across geographies on women’s day and I was absolutely overjoyed. I love speaking. I mean, if I have a mic and stage there is no way I’m not going to tell a few stories. So I peppered the session with little known stories of the women who inspire me. Women we have all heard of but may not be aware of what led them to success. But this time, I invited the participants to do a little deep work as well. To look deep into themselves and find the pillars on which their brand stands. So instead of just speaking for 45 minutes, I invited the participants to do an exercise in finding themselves. To assign hashtags to themselves. And it was lovely to see the participants do the work and enjoy and learn in the process. It was a very fun 3 sessions.
