Yet often, we find ourselves with competing priorities, putting others first and not taking care of these important elements of our life. As a former burned-out global executive, I struggled with exhaustion, poor sleep, inconsistent food choices, and feeling confident in my own skin. I was so driven that it was starting to kill me! I kept on this endless cycle until I landed in the doctor’s office who ordered bed rest. For me, bed rest meant working with a laptop and phone in hand from bed. At that moment, I realized I had to make a change and become an advocate for my own health and lifestyle. I went on a journey to transform my health and change my lifestyle through science-based behaviors. Now, as a Certified Health & Lifestyle Consultant., I’m passionate about guiding other executives to own their destiny and become the biggest advocate for their health and lifestyle.
