This election season has been activating in many ways. It’s different for everyone, but the common thread is our humanity. Facing significant uncertainty hits us in many ways. Sometimes we’re on high alert and struggling with anxiety. Sometimes we’re pumped up in anticipation and committed to progress. Sometimes we’re just holding on and hoping for the best. Wherever we are, we’re likely trying to stay grounded and centered. We all need a place to exhale. To pause. To release the burden we’ve been carrying as a collective related to this divisive election season.
