    Small businesses need big communication skills. I had the honor of spending yesterday afternoon with the leadership team of Doe A Deer, LLC. a booming small business located in the heart of Stuart, Ia. Owner and lead designer Regan Doely called me after two new critical hires were made on her team. The intention for our day: 1. Get to know ourselves and others better. 2. Ask better questions of each other. 3. Learn how to support each other through stressful times. Results are in, and the afternoon was a success. If you haven't stopped by Doe a Deer in Stuart yet, you're missing out. This crew creates an incredible experience both in-store and online! We can't wait to watch them continue to grow.
