Using data and research to improve our social systems.
关于我们
At Evident Change, we believe our social systems should help people reach their greatest potential, not create barriers to their success. That’s why we partner with systems professionals and communities to get to the root of their biggest challenges, and we give them the tools and knowledge to achieve better outcomes for everyone involved. Because when we join forces with those who work in our systems and the people they serve, we make those systems—and our society—more equitable from the inside out.

Director of Research Erin Espinosa and board member Monica Chiarini Tremblay, PhD are innovating for better youth justice outcomes. ??
Here at William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business we talk about Principled Achievement a lot, and when we do, we normally apply it to our students and alumni. Monica Chiarini Tremblay, PhD, Rajiv Kohli and Arturo Castellanos represent the notion of Principled Achievement as well as anyone out there. Monica, Rajiv, and Arturo are researching the relationship between mental health and juvenile justice and are using process mining to find the interactions between these systems. Their work with Evident Change is not only groundbreaking in it's scope and concept, but will help countless young people in the criminal justice system. Kudos to our faculty for continuing to position William & Mary as a place where Principled Achievement not only lives, but thrives. Give it a read ?
