At Every Man Jack, culture isn’t just something that happens, it’s something we actively build, shape, and celebrate. And a huge part of that comes from our Culture Club, a dedicated group of individuals from different teams and levels across the company who come together every month to brainstorm, plan, and execute all of our company events and engagement activities. Everything from happy hours & team lunches to volunteering events & spontaneous trivia, this team helps create the moments that make Every Man Jack a Great Place to Work. While some of the things we do might seem silly (and let’s be honest, sometimes they are!), these events and initiatives play a crucial role in fostering connection, strengthening our values, and keeping our workplace dynamic and engaging. A huge thank you to this team for their creativity, energy, and dedication to making Every Man Jack not just a workplace, but a community.
