Feedback isn’t just about numbers or ratings ? “It’s going to be different for each project or initiative. And when I approach big projects, I like to do this in phases — taking a step back, defining what the problem is, gathering requirements, planning, executing, and lastly: measuring,” says Cory Benz, Director of Revenue Operations at Crexi. For instance, if you’re collecting feedback from your reps, you can ask questions like: - How many opportunities did you create this month vs. last month? - How long did it take you? - Was the process easier this time? To measure the responses, you have to strike a balance between: ?? Quantitative feedback, i.e., using a 5-point Likert scale ??
