Last week, Silicon Crossroads Microelectronics Hub was thrilled to host the ME Commons team at Everspin Technologies in Chandler, AZ. Attendees received an update on the current progress of Purdue’s CHEETA project (on which Everspin is a partner), a detailed overview of Everspin’s technical capabilities, and a site tour of Everspin’s fabrication facilities and cleanrooms. This tour showcased the state-of-the-art capabilities at Everspin for fabricating their novel magnetoresistive random-access memory (MRAM) technologies. Exposure and alignment of facilities like this are vital to ensure international competitiveness and enhancing our national security.
