At the recent Evergreen FS Board Retreat, Lisa Van Doren (Vice President and Chief of Staff, Government Affairs, of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives) presented, and we toured AgraForm, LLC, a recent purchase made by GROWMARK, Inc., an agri-chemical contract manufacturing service location in St. Louis.

We congratulate Ryan Damerell, Kiley Richards, and Rian Nailor on their successful completion of the ???????????????? ?????????????? ??????????????, GROWMARK’s developmental program for System employees to grow professionally and personally in their leadership journey. Completing this challenging program is a phenomenal achievement! WAY TO GO!!!! Required sessions and assignments over three months focused on leadership traits and skills, habits of personal effectiveness, innovation, business acumen, and System information. Leaders in the System shared their experiences in the sessions. Weekly meetings were held individually with their selected mentors to review sessions and apply that knowledge. Participants also planned, researched, prepared, and delivered a team capstone presentation in the final session (photos). #FSProud

Two teams from our main office in Bloomington collaborated with the American Red Cross in their "Sound the Alarm – Save a Life" program, providing fire alarm education and installation for members of the Bloomington-Normal community.
