Like cities across our country, there are members of our community on our streets struggling with #substanceusedisorder. To #reducebarriers to treatment, we partnered with Conquer Clinics to launch the Emergency Mobile Opioid Team in Everett (#EMOTE) program. EMOTE brings #treatment and #peercounseling directly to those who need it most - meeting individuals where they are, literally. Since launching in July, EMOTE has served over 260 community members, including helping 30 people secure detox placement. To learn more about how the City of Everett is supporting those who are struggling, please visit: https://lnkd.in/gvZBWHjs
