In a complex wrongful death case, Everett Dorey attorneys, Seymour Everett and Kevin Hernandez, were granted a defense verdict in Orange County Superior Court, Santa Ana Courthouse. The trial team navigated 34 witnesses and six writs to the Court of Appeal during this challenging seven-week trial with their legal expertise. This victory would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and collaboration within the firm. #defensevictory
