Someone with strong problem-solving skills, high integrity, and who is eager to advance their career. Summary of Position: Full-time position, will work with large volume data. Responsible for recording cash movement, corporate credit card expenses, sales tax and annual 1099 filings. Will consolidate, review and submit weekly bank reporting. Import time clock hours for weekly payroll. Responsible for fixed asset reporting, balance sheet accruals and prepaid accounts. Will work on month-end close, annual financial audit, and special projects. Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization Excellent Excel skills required and strong QuickBooks knowledge is required Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines under daily time constraints Capability to find and identify system weaknesses and propose new workflow solutions Ability to work independently as well as part of growing team Professional and courteous with strong relationship building skills This is an onsite opportunity at our 5 Main Street location in Pittsfield, NH. ? Dress code is business casual- jeans may be worn.? ? Pay for the role would depend on experience, pay up to $85,000 per year for qualified candidates
