When the first inklings for Eventuall came into my brain, it was while building an interactive purple galaxy for the artist Prince. We spoke about people "hanging out" together in a virtual space. Cut to 15 years later, and we're now hosting our first gathering in a "purple galaxy". This galaxy comes from the endlessly imaginative mind of @S.G. Blaise, as featured in her epic sci-fi/fantasy series, The Last Lumenian. Please join us this Saturday Nov 2 at 11am PST as we dive into the origin story of the galaxy with S.G. herself, hosted by the amazing Charlie Capen. Hollywood In Pixels holds a special place in my heart. Many (many) moons ago the indefatigable Bettina Sherick started this event for our rather small digital marketing slice of the entertainment industry, and everyone knew everyone there. Cut to last week, and hundreds of guests in fancy dress gathered at a massive BH mansion sponsored by the biggest names in the biz. HiP has exploded (along with our slice of the industry), but that sense of community is still very real. We're so proud to be able to have Addison Interactive and Eventuall sponsor this "can't miss" event. It was a particular honor to present the Silver Pixel Awards for Streaming Series, which was especially exciting because Fallout took home one of them! Even more special was having so many of our great partners and team members together at our table - sharing drinks and stories with so many friends. Game Developers Conference 2024 last week was excellent. Eventuall powered the first hybrid GDC in 2022, which was a blast. It was perhaps even more fun to return as a developer and have the chance to connect with so many great creative engineers and business partners in the industry.
