Set within the backdrop of Times Square, the team paired the bold flavors of a NY inspired pizza chili with iconic NYC characters—from the Radio City Rockettes to the Harlem Globetrotters, Yankee fans, and Lady Liberty herself! Last week, we celebrated breaking ground on the state-of-the-art #ColdStorage and #FoodLogistics warehouse?in New Century, Kansas—and today, progress is already underway with the installation of the first steel wall panel! This new development, designed in partnership with BGO and Yukon Real Estate Partners, will feature 291K SF of advanced cold storage space, maintaining temperatures from 35°F to -10°F, and 50’ clear height for rack storage. With an expected Q3 2025 completion on the horizon, we are just getting started, and can’t wait to deliver this #builtbyEvans project for CJ Logistics America and future tenants.

Industry leaders, vendors, and partners were given an exclusive, guided tour of four sites in Metro Atlanta - getting a firsthand look at the latest developments in tech infrastructure. The day capped off with a unique lunch stop at the under-construction #builtbyEvans DC BLOX site where all gathered under display tents to network and share insights. It was a day of discovery, connection, and excitement for what’s ahead! Evans commitment to #givingback is stronger than ever.?What began five years ago as a luncheon to #backtheblue has grown into #HONOR, an appreciation event dedicated to Honoring Our Neighborhood Officers and Responders. This year, with the help of HONOR Ambassadors, we're aiming to increase monetary giving by inviting local businesses to join #EvansAtlanta in donating to #Alpharetta, #Roswell, and #Milton law enforcement/emergency response teams.
