Our 2023 journey in a few highlights: ???Oh, wow. 700,000 travelers have put their trust in us since we started out! ?? We contributed €692,382 to our Better Trips Fund, accelerating the transformation of the tourism industry. ?? No More City Breaks: we've discontinued trips of less than five nights involving flights on our platform, promoting more sustainable travel options. ?? Plastic-Free Initiative: launched in collaboration with Travel Without Plastic, involving 62 of our partner agencies. ?? Feedback fuels growth! ?? At Evaneos, feedback is more than a habit, it’s a culture. Since 2021, we’ve embraced collective reviews, making feedback a shared responsibility that strengthens our teams and ensures everyone has a voice in each other’s growth. This year, we took it a step further: with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) already in place, we’ve now integrated the STAR method, with the support of Ignition Program, for more structured and actionable feedback. We’ve also refined our process to align even more closely with our three cultural pillars: ?? Adventurous mindset ?? Authentic connections ?? Building on this, our Top Destinations 2025 highlights 12 ideal destinations by season, so you can travel at the right time off the beaten path. ?? Spring: India, a great alternative to overcrowded Japan during cherry blossom season. ?? Summer: Finland, far from the crowds in Iceland. ?? Autumn: Indonesia, instead of packed Thailand. ?? Winter: Peru, a refreshing choice over the highly sought-after Mexico. The results speak for themselves! ?? 25% of visitors downloaded the guide, and 50% explored our seasonal pages. ?? 996 new subscribers (+199% over our target). And this is just the beginning...
